Settlement Overview
- Rory Lowe filed a lawsuit against T-Mobile USA, Inc.; T-Mobile Central LLC; T-Mobile Financial LLC; T-Mobile Leasing LLC; T-Mobile Resources LLC; and T-Mobile West LLC, on behalf of individuals who applied for jobs in Washington and allegedly viewed job postings that did not include the wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of the benefits and other compensation offered for the position. - On May 21, 2026, the Court preliminarily approved the Settlement and authorized the Settlement Administrator to send notice to potential Settlement Class Members.
- According to T-Mobile's records, you may be a Settlement Class Member if you applied for a T-Mobile job opening in Washington between January 1, 2023, and May 21, 2026, and the job posting did not include a wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of the benefits and other compensation offered for the position.
