Lowe v. T-Mobile USA, Inc., et al.

Case No. 25-2-14873-4

SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF KING

Settlement Overview

  • Rory Lowe filed a lawsuit against T-Mobile USA, Inc.; T-Mobile Central LLC; T-Mobile Financial LLC; T-Mobile Leasing LLC; T-Mobile Resources LLC; and T-Mobile West LLC, on behalf of individuals who applied for jobs in Washington and allegedly viewed job postings that did not include the wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of the benefits and other compensation offered for the position. T-Mobile denies these claims and maintains that it did not violate the law.
  • The Court has not made any determinations regarding the merits of the Plaintiff’s claims, and it has not decided whether Defendants violated the law.
  • The parties have reached a proposed Settlement under which T-Mobile has agreed to a maximum payment of $2,137,500 (“Maximum Settlement Fund”).
  • On May 21, 2026, the Court preliminarily approved the Settlement and authorized the Settlement Administrator to send notice to potential Settlement Class Members.
  • According to T-Mobile's records, you may be a Settlement Class Member if you applied for a T-Mobile job opening in Washington between January 1, 2023, and May 21, 2026, and the job posting did not include a wage scale or salary range and/or a general description of the benefits and other compensation offered for the position.
  • The settlement is not final. The Court must still decide whether to grant final approval before any settlement payments or benefits can be provided.
